The daily loop

Six steps. Every day. You hold the pen.

PrimeWright runs the same loop we run our own bid pipeline on. It's not a black box — it's a sequence of concrete steps, each one visible on the board, each one stopping at a point where you decide what happens next.

  1. 01

    The pipeline pulls

Every morning, PrimeWright pulls every opportunity matching your NAICS/PSC lanes — documents included. No AI spend at this stage; it's a data pull, not analysis.

  2. 02

    You trigger analysis

You decide when analysis runs — paced and capped to your limits. Verdicts land on the board: Viable, Candidate, Risky, or Skip, each with its reasoning.

  3. 03

    Pursue-worthy bids flow to sourcing

Anything worth chasing moves into sourcing — vendors get identified, quotes get gathered, and price-to-win comes back from real award history.

  4. 04

You work the worklist and pick winners

Sourced bids land in a worklist ranked by priority. You review what's there and decide which ones to carry forward.

  5. 05

    Review & sign, in-app

The quote PDF builds itself from the line items already extracted. You review it, edit if needed, and sign it — without leaving PrimeWright.

  6. 06

    Submit, then follow up

You submit the package. Follow-up reminders are created automatically, so chasing a response — and recording the eventual win or loss — doesn't fall through the cracks.

Where automation stops

Automated to “ready to decide.” Never past it.

Every step above ends at a decision point, not an action. PrimeWright will pull, read, price, and prepare — it will never submit, sign, or send anything without you.

Run it from your phone

The phone bridge

Text your own bot — “/due”, “analyze the next 50” — and trigger steps in the loop from wherever you are, without opening a laptop.

Run your pipeline like a prime.
