Terms of Service
This is a working draft, not a final, lawyer-reviewed document. It's posted so you can see the shape of the agreement before launch — treat it as directional, not binding, until the legal review (tracked internally) closes it out.
Acceptable use
PrimeWright is a tool for finding, analyzing, pricing, and preparing federal bids. You agree to use it only for lawful business purposes connected to that work — not to scrape, resell, or redistribute the underlying public-record data in bulk, not to attempt to access another organization's account or data, and not to interfere with the service's normal operation.
No guarantee of award
PrimeWright is a pipeline and preparation tool. It does not guarantee that you will win any contract, that any bid it helps you prepare will be accepted, or that any analysis, verdict, or price-to-win figure it produces will be accurate for your specific situation. Award decisions are made by contracting officers, not by PrimeWright. You are responsible for reviewing every bid before it is signed and submitted — nothing is ever auto-submitted on your behalf.
No classified or controlled material
PrimeWright is built to process public-record federal solicitation data from SAM.gov. You agree never to upload classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled technical data, or any other material you are not authorized to share with a commercial software vendor. Uploading such material is a violation of these terms.
Your account and data
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials. You may export or delete your organization's data at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeWright and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, lost contracts, or lost business opportunities. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond what applicable law requires.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and legal review evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated draft status.
